The pier, designed by the winning architect of the Mexican Biannual Architecture Prize, José de Jesús Torres Vega, is one of centerpieces of an ambitious Downtown Puerto Vallarta renewal program that includes a series of important projects in and around the city.
These now add sparkle to the main existing attractions for both local and international visitors.
